1. Tickets
Tickets may be sold and purchased only in British Columbia.
Ticket purchasers must be 19 years of age or older.

1 for $10.00; 10000 tickets
5 for $25.00; 40000 tickets
20 for $50.00; 120000 tickets
100 for $100.00; 400000 tickets
The 50/50 is a draw where the money received in ticket sales is divided evenly between the winner and the charity.
Maximum 50/50 payout will be $500,000.00.

3. Important Dates & Draw Information
Deadline
Final ticket sales deadline: March 13, 2026 at 11:59:00 p.m. PDTDraw
50/50 draw: March 27, 2026 at 10:15:00 a.m. PDT
If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.
Draw will be held at Kelowna General Hospital Foundation, 2312 Pandosy Street, Kelowna, BC, V1Y 1T3
The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG).
All ticket holders are welcome to attend the draw.
Winners will be posted online at https://heartofbc.ca/winners on March 27, 2026.

4. Winner
Winner will be contacted by phone by the KGH Foundation.
Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.
If a winning ticket bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered to the minor's parent, legal guardian or trustee.
No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the KGH Foundation or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

5. Privacy
KGH Foundation does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

6. Complaints
Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: info@kghfoundation.com. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.

7. Delay in Draw
Should a delay occur in the draw time on draw day, every effort will be made to make the draw as soon as possible. Should an alternate day need to be announced, after approval by BC Gaming, all ticket purchasers will be notified via email.

Cause
The Heart of BC 50/50 Lottery supports proactive, upstream health programs across the heart of British Columbia. Through continued partnership with the YMCA of Southern Interior BC, and regional health Foundations throughout the Interior Health Authority, proceeds fund community health programs that seek to improve wellbeing across the entire spectrum of health care. Together, we are keeping people out of hospitals and urgent care centres, and reducing the strain on acute care systems.
In its first year, the Heart of BC 50/50 funded programs such as Sport for Life, which provides physical literacy education and encourages an active lifestyle for elementary students, in addition to helping fund the opening of a new Foundry youth mental health centre.
Each and every single ticket purchased not only secures your chance to win half the jackpot (the first two winners took home over $500,000 total!), but also helps to build the proactive, sustainable system of health care we all deserve in BC.
